Mr. Converse is Executive Vice President and General Manager in Boston, for the New England operations of SourceOne. In this capacity Mr. Converse is responsible for directing sales and operations in the Boston office.

Mr. Converse has 35 years experience in the electrical industry; with municipal and investor owned electric utilities, as well as in private industry, within the areas of transmission planning and siting, power distribution, substation design, system protection and metering. In addition, he has operated his own electrical contracting business. He has testified at technical hearings before the Massachusetts and Maine Public Utility Commissions, and spoken at national conferences on metering issues.

Mr. Converse is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, California, Connecticut, Florida, New York and Texas, and a licensed Master Electrician in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a Certified Distributed Generation Professional with the Association of Energy Engineers. Mr. Converse is also a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, and is the Past President of the Massachusetts Society of Professional Engineers.
