Mr. Prescott is Director of Commodity Management for SourceOne.

Prior to joining SourceOne, Mr. Prescott was a key member of the start-up management team and VP of Finance at CCBN.com, an Internet company which recently filed with the SEC for their IPO. Involved in the purchase of Talkpoint Communications, Mr. Prescott helped to successfully transition the company from an LLC to a C Corp, along with company financings.

Previously, Mr. Prescott served as Corporate Controller for Funds Distributor, Inc., a successful $25 million start-up. While there, Mr. Prescott was responsible for the financial management of six subsidiaries, including two NASD regulated broker-dealer mutual fund distributors. Earlier, Mr. Prescott served as Divisional Controller at The Boston Company for eight years.

Mr. Prescott holds a BA in Economics and Administration from Colby College and an MBA from Boston College.
