Central Plant Development for Adriaen's Landing Project
SourceOne has served as the
strategic advisor to the State and
Municipal developers of the $750
million Adriaen’s Landing Project.
The Adriaen’s Landing site is a
30-acre parcel that will ultimately
accommodate Hartford’s new
220,000-square-foot convention
center, a 400-room hotel, and
250,000 square feet of mixed use
development with residential units,
entertainment venues, and retail
district. SourceOne was tenanted
to support three primary elements
of the project: technical review,
financial evaluation, and contract
development.
SourceOne’s technical and
economic evaluation of the project
concept plan entailed review and
analysis of equipment selection,
space allocation, preparation of a
CUP proforma, and development
of facility load profiles. SourceOne
analyzed alternative supply concepts
inclusive of third party supply from
a proximate district chilled supply
system in the downtown Hartford
area. SourceOne serves as the lead
State of Connecticut/City of Hartford
Economic Development Authority
negotiator with the hotel and convention
center developers leading
to the finalization of supply contract
terms and conditions.
